The Master Screen
There are only three main screens in ChartWare Professional and this
screen is your first - A master index or patient lookup. This screen
allows for adding new patients and searching by first or last name.
Once the patient is located, simply double-click that entry and your
second screen, ChartWare Central appears.

quantitative modifiers, or they may be very simple. Lumper & splitter
styles are easily accommodated.. These screens can be customized for

"Template" based EMR systems don't
work- 97% of all EMR systems that have been developed are “template”
based. However, only 20% of those are actually in use today. Why?
